About Meditating with Color:
Using color as a meditative tool has helped many people with their contemplative practices. In fact, some people have been known to see colors spontaneously as they meditate. This is a good sign. Deepak Chopra has the following to say about seeing colors during meditation:
"Seeing colors during meditation is a common, healing experience...each
color relates to a specific chakra or energy center, so when you see a color,
it means that healing is taking place in that area of the body."

As you can see, color is an important aspect of the body's healing process. Accept and embrace them to allow your body to heal itself.
